Presentation of currently open calls for proposals for UKF projects at Ruđer Bošković Institute
Ms Alessia Pozzi, the program manager of the „Unity Through Knowledge Fund" held the presentation about the currently open calls for proposals for UKF projects at the Ruđer Bošković Institute. She presented three continuosly open calls, for 2A Grant „Gaining Experience“ and 2B Grant „Homeland Visit“ within the Connectivity Program and for 3C Grant "Research in industry and academia” within the Young Researchers and Professionals Program.
The introductory word was given by prof dr. sc. Dušica Vujaklija, the advisor to dr.sc. Danica Ramljak, Director of Ruđer Bošković Institute who greeted the participants, mostly young researchers. The presentation was also given by dr.sc. Ivana Capan, the project leader of UKF project „Silicon nanocrystals solar cells ... Properties and characterization" which was granted within Young Researchers and Professionals Program, who has shared her experience in implementing the project, emphasizing that the UKF funds helped her start leading the projects autonomously and to establish the international collaboration. Ms Marijana Klasnić from the RBI's office for international projects has given more detailed insight in the project application and project implementation procedures. Finally, Ms Pozzi has answered a number of questions and invited the young researchers to apply for the open calls for UKF Programs.
